Hayley C. Lucas

Hayley C. Lucas, an associate with Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall, LLC, focuses her practice primarily in defending healthcare providers, hospitals, and healthcare systems in medical malpractice claims, as well as representing clients in business and general litigation, including contractual disputes and personal injury matters. Her experience spans from pre-litigation negotiation to trial and appellate practice. She has successfully briefed and argued appeals before the appellate courts of Maryland. Hayley has been recognized as a Maryland Super Lawyers® Rising Star. She earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating summa cum laude while serving as the Recent Developments Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum. Prior to joining CRLM, Hayley served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Keith R. Truffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
